About the event

Confidence starts with feeling empowered.

Join BFF Indy for an interactive self defense training designed to help women feel more prepared, aware, and confident in everyday situations. This hands-on session will cover practical techniques, situational awareness, and safety tips in a supportive and encouraging environment.

No prior experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are welcome.

Please note: There is a festival happening in Carmel later that evening, so parking and traffic may be busier than usual throughout the area. We recommend arriving a little early to allow extra time for parking.

Come learn something valuable while connecting with other women in the community. Parking available in Sophia Square Garage
